Tineri is a solution for travel providers that allows them to supplement or replace their traditional paper or PDF itinerary documents with a fun, interactive mobile app. It also improves communication with clients whilst on tour, enables the gathering of customer feedback, and generally enhances the operator-client relationship.
Tineri is for any business that arranges travel for its clients. Our first version is designed for tour operators & travel agents, but we are also working on versions for DMCs (ie B2B2B), business & corporate travel, MICE, weddings, sports travel, educational academic travel, and medical/wellness.
Tineri is the brainchild of our Founder & CEO Tim Russell, who has been in the travel industry since 1992. Whilst working for a luxury travel agent in Thailand, he realised that the company's 50-page itinerary documents, whilst nice for clients to read before their trip, were completely impractical when out on the road; and that his company also struggled to stay in touch with clients and get feedback from them whilst on tour. As 92% of travellers carry a smartphone with them, mobile was the logical solution, and Tineri was born! You can read more about the Tineri story here.

You pay by credit card or bank transfer, quarterly in advance. We won't tie you down to a long contract and you can stop using Tineri at any time (though we hope you won't want to!), with 30 days' notice. We'll also give you a month to try Tineri during which you can cancel without notice, or pay at the end of the month.
We'll also give you a 13th month free if you pay for 12 months at once.
All you need to do is sign up! Once we get your signed contract, we'll create your CMS with your logo and set up your branding, then we'll send you your login details, and you're all done! Tineri is cloud-based so you don't need servers or other additional hardware.
We don't think so. Tineri is designed to be as simple and quick to use as possible. Once you log into your CMS you will have access to our Knowledge Base which has detailed step-by-step user guides to each section, and of course our support team are only an email away.
Our Enterprise packages come with either online or onside training included. For other packages we're happy to provide paid training if required.
The Tineri workflow is very simple. If you sell standard package itineraries, you simply build or import these into Tineri, then pull them into a Tineri booking, assign the relevant hotels and guides, and then send a download link to your client.
If you sell bespoke tours, you build or import the itinerary into Tineri and then send the download link to your client.
During the trip, your staff can send messages to the clients, receive daily survey feedback in order to monitor client satisfaction, and update the itinerary with any changes.
2. Does Tineri Integrate With My Existing Tour Operator Solution?
We are currently working on integrations with several leading tour operator solution providers. But please let us know which solution you are using so we can let you know. The Tineri API makes integration with various solutions easy, however if you are using your own bespoke solution there may be additional integration costs involved.
If you have no back-end solution and would like one, we can introduce you to our technology partners who will happily discuss options with you.
A Tineri licence gets you an unlimited number of users. We know that for travel companies, some seasons are busier than others and the number of users you need may vary, so we don't set a limit. The only limit you have is on the number of travellers who use the app each month, according to your version.
Tineri is designed so that its content is available even when the user is offline. Obviously, for travellers to receive messages, get itinerary changes or submit daily surveys, they'll need an internet connection at some point, but the lion's share of the app content can still be viewed offline if the traveller wishes to do so.
We're always happy to look at new feature ideas! If we think your feature is something that all our clients will want to use, then we'll simply add it to our to-do list. If it's something that is unique to your company, that will require a special build of Tineri and so we will need to discuss costs with you.
